1. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers can cancel their orders before the item is dispatched. A full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders within 5-7 business days.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, customers may refuse delivery, and a refund will be processed once the item is returned to our warehouse (shipping fees may apply).

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will only be provided for products that meet the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email photos or videos showing the damage.

Wrong Item Delivered: If the product delivered is different from the item ordered, a refund or replacement will be provided.

Non-functioning Electronics: In case of malfunctioning electronics, customers are eligible for a refund or replacement, provided the complaint is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

The following products are not eligible for a refund:

Custom-made furniture or items marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page.
Products that have been installed or used, unless they are found to be defective.

Electronics or furniture returned without original packaging, warranty cards, and accessories.

Process for Refund

Once the claim is validated, the product will be picked up and inspected. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been received.

3. Exchange Policy

Product Exchange

Exchanges will only be processed in case of defective or damaged items. Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

 

3.Shipping Costs for Returns

Free Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Return Shipping for Customer-Initiated Returns

If the return is initiated by the customer (for reasons such as changing their mind), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
